About ALDI
ALDI is one of the largest grocery retailers in the world, operating more than 2,300 stores across the United States and backed by a network of regional distribution centers that keep every one of those stores stocked. ALDI built its reputation on a lean, no-frills operating model — a smaller assortment, efficient shelf-ready packaging, and a distribution network engineered to move product from dock to store shelf with minimal waste and minimal delay. That same lean philosophy shapes life inside our warehouses: smaller, more capable teams, real cross-training instead of narrow one-task roles, and wages built to attract and keep the best warehouse talent in the region.
What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)
"My job is making sure every trailer leaves fully and safely loaded on schedule. I check each pallet against the load plan, stack for stability, and get the door sealed on time. The team here communicates well and the pace, while quick, never feels unsafe." - Current Warehouse Loader, Denver, PA.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Warehouse Loader, you load outbound trailers with staged store pallets — verifying load accuracy against the shipping manifest and securing each load to prevent shifting in transit.
- Trailer Loading Sequence: Load pallets into the trailer in the sequence specified by the store's delivery route, positioning heavier and more stable pallets first to protect product during transit.
- Load Verification: Check each pallet's load tag against the shipping manifest before loading, flagging any missing, damaged, or mismatched pallet to the shift supervisor rather than loading it.
- Load Securement & Dock Safety: Secure the completed load with straps or load bars as required, confirm the trailer door seal number matches the paperwork, and follow all dock safety procedures when trailers are being spotted or pulled.
Benefits & Perks
ALDI Warehouse Loaders earn a competitive hourly wage with shift differentials, plus paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
